- Add a lot of tools on hull and turret

Shimada’s mods that are for 1.6.1 don’t seem to work on 1.22.1. The game launches fine, but the hull of each tank has a dark tint. I tried compiling them as a .wotmod file with 7-zip, but the game refuses to load them.
