This is a custom 3D style I made of the Pz Sfl IVc, it has bushes all around the tank with dropped side panels, and it also has the 130 mm gun added to it. It's possible and recommended to add a 2D style on top of it because it overwrites the base texture of the tank (equipment and bushes will not be overwritten). Some combinations work, some don't:)
