- fixed an rare issue with the default value for the SPG reload time
- new token {spg} added for the template message that will insert the current SPG name.

This patch estimates the enemy SPG's reload time depending on damage and impact. When a reload time is expected, it is shown in the HUD and may optionally play an audio effect to alert the player of an approaching SPG firing.
Please note that this update does not provide an accurate reload indication. It just attempts to compute the opponent SPG's reload time depending on game events.
