Changelog v1.2, works with 1.56

This update focuses on improving license plate accuracy, realism, and consistency across states and provinces.

  •  Mexico (Reforma free version): plate formats reworked

  •  Ontario: formats updated to only allow valid combinations (no series above D)

  •  Quebec & Pennsylvania: formats updated so the most common letter patterns appear more frequently

  •  New York: updated formats, with a very small chance of T&LC (NYC Ubers) plates spawning

  •  Vermont: fixed text color (now white instead of black)

  •  Massachusetts: updated plate text to red

  •  Delaware: fixed text color to gold

  •  New Jersey: plate reworked for accuracy

  

All States (general):

  •  Remastered coding technique for plate formats (applied to all future updates)

  •  Text color changes now apply to all vehicle types, not just passenger cars

    •    Fixed Montana and Tennessee license plate text not appearing
    •    Fixed Kentucky license plate missing texture
    •    Montana may still show black text on some vehicles -being investigated
    •    Delaware text still missing -fix in progress
