It would seem that after the January early access Assetto Corsa EVO was a bit lulled, and fans started to get nervous: where are the new details? But finally there is a reason to revive - on April 11th Kunos Simulazioni developers will present a new video on their official YouTube-channel, and this time it will be about the most important things - modding, performance and long-awaited features.

The video premiere promises to be intense: in addition to demonstrating the possibilities of modding, the developers will look behind the scenes of the so-called “offline open mode”. This most likely means free driving on the Eifel map around the legendary Nurburgring - a mode for those who want to relax without rivals and timer.

But perhaps the main intrigue is the return of Stefano Casillo. Yes, yes, the same one who was at the origins of the original Assetto Corsa. His comeback causes a storm of emotions among oldfags, because it was his approach to physics and “steering feel” that made the game cult.

The cherry on the cake is information about the upcoming free update. It will include five new cars and Circuit of the Americas. From now on Kunos plan to release updates regularly - and judging by the scale of the upcoming content, it's a good start.
