Added a little modification to the game's UI.
- Added meter laps (Unfortunately, Pdash does not yet have a place in the race, which I plan to add later).
- Fix the graphics for the pos lap.
- Added Best lap (Unfortunately, Pdash does not currently have the entire time; I hope it will be added later).
