The Alcre Luis was a national manufacturing bet with German engineering expertise. It is remembered as a heavy- duty vehicle for its class, but it arrived just as the market began to demand four- cylinder engines.

Today, the few remaining Luis 700s are very rare pieces from a time when Paraná aspired to be an automaker.
