The B7 Exclusive Edition features a 4.4-liter bi-turbo V8 engine which produces an impressive power output of 608 horsepower and a torque of 800 Nm. The power is fed to all four wheels through an 8-speed automatic transmission. With this powertrain, Alpina B7 Exclusive Edition can do a 0-60 mph sprint in just 3.6 seconds and has a top speed of 205 mph.
