"In 1994, Brazil saw the launch of its first mass-produced car equipped with a turbocharger. The Uno Turbo annihilated the competition with its 1.4 turbo engine with 118 hp. With a maximum speed of 192.6 km/h and 0 to 100 km/h in 8.96s. he car received a special engine, coming from Italy, 1.4 liters and excellent (for the time) 118 hp, 17.5 mkgf of torque, and multipoint electronic injection. The extra power came from a Garrett T2 turbocharger, with 0.8 bar of pressure.
