The Chevrolet Monza 500EF was a limited- edition, top- of- the- line version of one of General Motors' most popular and successful vehicles in Brazil. It was also an homage to Emerson Fittipaldi, who, in addition to being a two- time Formula One champion, had just won the classic 500- mile Indianapolis race.
