A 50 cc racing motorcycle manufactured by Heldun, a small British brand founded by Helen and Duncan Mitchell that produced “featherweight” motorcycles with German and Italian engines, first in Shropshire and later in Birmingham.

The Hawk was their racing model. It was produced only in 1967 and 1968 and competed in the Isle of Man TT in both years. The brand went out of business in mid-1968, making it one of the rarest and most short-lived racing motorcycles of its era.
