Honda CIVIC TYPE R Spoon (EK9) '99 Kamisaki mod for Assetto Corsa is a car mod based on the original Japanese car, the Honda Civic Type R EK9. The EK9, a high-performance version of the sixth-generation Civic, produced from 1997 through 2000, is a car famous for its lightweight body, agility, and rev-hungry engine. The mod has been developed with great care for detail to replicate the real car, with realistic physics and visuals. The tuned-up EK9, courtesy Spoon Sports, a Japanese firm that makes performance parts for Hondas, has a greater output and a few features above the normal car. The car features a 1.6L DOHC VTEC B16B engine, tuned for greater output by Spoon Sports, with output claimed at near 180 hp. That gives the car a great power-to-weight ratio, for great acceleration and top speed for its class.
