Russian manufacturer Lada is poised to make its debut in the Russian Circuit Racing Series, having shifted its attention to the TCR class. ORECA's engine department, situated in Magny- Cours, had a significant role in the development of the Lada TCR, which completed its maiden laps on AvtoVaz's circuit in Sosnovka. Kirill Ladygin, the 'in- house' driver, went behind the wheel for the initial shakedown, ensuring that all systems worked properly.
