The Mclaren MP4/1B mod for Assetto Corsa is an automobile mod that adds a classic Formula One vehicle to play with on the game. The MP4/1B was a successor to historic MP4/1, the first-ever Formula One vehicle with a carbon fibre composite monocoque. The innovation was a more balanced relationship between weight and strength, and contributed to the success of the vehicle. The McLaren MP4/1B was used by McLaren in the 1982 season of Formula One. The vehicle was equipped with a naturally aspirated Ford Cosworth DFV 3.0 V8 engine and possessed incredible specs to its day, with its level of horsepower reaching near 500, depending on rev and boost terms.
