Mitsubishi Evolution 6's By Lex 1 1.4

This update should be the final update for these 2 cars.

Most of the things done to the 700 are what I did on the last update to the 400

This update is focused mainly on the 700hp Evo as it was/is very unstable.

Things done to both cars:

 - Increased the grip slightly (its un-noticeable)

 - Balanced the power graph because for some reason the 400 HP Evo was making 600 NM torque, also made the 700 a bit more linear for equal power and torque gain (it was worse than the 400)

 - Added more aggressive aero angle for both the front splitter and the rear spoiler

Things done to the 700:

 - Balanced out the suspension to stop it from trying to roll over mid turns because it wants to take a nap (Stiffened the bump and the anti roll bar)

 - Extended the flames just a little

 - Improved the braking so the car (yet again) actually stops
