The Toyota GT86 TRD mod for Assetto Corsa introduces the Toyota GT86 TRD car into the game. The GT86 TRD is a rear-wheel drive sports car that was manufactured by Toyota from 2012 to 2021, seen as the successor to older models like the Toyota Supra - maintaining the legacy of Toyota's sports car history. 

The modded GT86 TRD features a 2.0 liter four-cylinder boxer engine situated at the front of the car, producing 200 horsepower and 151 lb-ft of torque. The engine is naturally aspirated and has direct and port injection systems. The car has a 6-speed manual transmission and is known for its excellent balance, handling, and driving engagement, making it a popular choice among driving enthusiasts.

The TRD, standing for Toyota Racing Development, version of the GT86 has extra aesthetic and aerodynamic features compared to the base model. These include a body kit, rear spoiler, and 18-inch alloy wheels for improved handling stability. Inside, the computer game mod likely mimics the real-life car with a well-laid cockpit featuring a compact, sporty steering wheel, large tachometer, and supportive sports seats. 

Please note that the driving characteristics of the car in the Assetto Corsa mod should be an accurate representation of the real car, as much as computer game physics allows.
