It's an arcade chaser camera with Kirbyguy22 tweaks.
This camera has the steadiness of the Gran Turismo camera, but with extra dynamism, making it ideal for use with a controller.

Here are a few characteristics:
Slightly dynamic FOV, acceleration/braking kickLateral RotationHigh stability, even at high speeds.

Installation Instructions:
Automatic Content Manager:
Drag the.zip file into the Content Manager window.
Open the hamburger menu (3 horizontal line symbol) from the top and select "Install".
Extract the "extension" folder to "\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\".
Then, within Content Manager:
Go to Settings > Custom Shaders Patch > Chaser Camera.
Make sure the Chaser Camera addon is active, then update the script to BACC - GT.

Recommended Chaser Camera Settings in Content Manager:
Go to Settings -> Assetto Corsa -> Chaser Camera.
Distance: 2.8 metres.
Height: 1.3 meters.
Pitch: 3.4

Recommended Gamepad Control Settings in Content Manager:
Go to Settings -> Assetto Corsa -> Controls.
Speed sesitivity: 70%
Steering speed: 1 percent
Steering Gamma: 130%
Steering filter: 5 percent
steering deadzone: 15%.
