This is a requested re- upload of the popular PP- Photo_CTP_1.4 filter. In my view, it is the greatest picture filter available today. The filter is intended to function just with the provided custom weathers, not with AC's default weathers. The custom weathers will not overwrite any default weathers, thus there is no need to back up.
The custom weathers include an alternate heavy and light fog, brilliant haze, sunny clear, sunny light cloud, sunny clouds, sunny rich sunset, evening storm brewing, heavy storm, and the difficult twilight mist.
This is the twilight mist, which transforms the sun into a moon, and the time must be set to 18:00. It's quite dark (as it should be), and driving around the Nurburgring is terrifying. Your car's headlights will be turned on by default, however there are currently no light projections on the tarmac in AC. I suppose this is as near as we'll ever get.

I hope you love it as much as the current 4800+ downloaders. Please keep in mind that these weathers do not operate on open public MP servers. For the greatest results, set your saturation to 85 percent. Happy racing.
