INSTALLATION
Copy the extracted 'content' folder to the main Assetto Corsa folder. If asked, choose 'Replace files in the destination'. There is no need to erase prior versions of my packs with this new build. There is no longer a requirement to transfer the Mods folder and activate the 'deems track packs' mod. The new 'Use seasonal adjustments' option in Content Manager eliminates the need for this.

Make sure the 'Use seasonal adjustments' option is unchecked in the content manager weatherfx settings.
