Monaco 1988, also known as MON, is a track or map mod for Assetto Corsa. It is a virtual replica of the real-world racing circuit in Monaco, as it was in 1988. The legendary Monaco Grand Prix street circuit is known for its tight corners, difficult overpasses, and a tunnel section, creating a challenging environment for even the most skilled drivers. This iconic track, characterized by its centralized location in the city-state on the French Riviera, distinguishes itself by remaining virtually unchanged since its inception in the F1 calendar. The MON mod allows the players to experience the thrill of driving on this prestigious circuit, surrounded by various iconic landmarks that Monaco is famous for during that era. The accurate pairing of virtual and actual geography makes it an intriguing mod for players seeking a realistic driving experience.
