Install:
Manually drag files to your game location as shown on picture.
Important:
make sure you have csp-traffic-planner working with "data" folder in it.
By default I have put files into NFSU2 Airport layout. However, you can put these files on any layout that contains full NFSU2 map.
REQUIRES TRAFFIC PLANNER!
