To play with traffic:

Download the traffic mod from the link below.
Unpack the archive into the assettocorsa\extension\lua\tools\csp-traffic-tool folder.
Enable “GUI” in the CSP settings.
Launch the map “MTN Saudi Arabia Streets”.
In the side menu select “Object Inspector” -> “Tools” -> “Traffic Planner”.
