New update includes:
Please for the love of god clear cache after installing this mod because you will most likely get some broken textures and/or parts.
- Dimmed running lights
- New Le Man parts
- New rear hubs to fix the rear wheel placements for the kit (GT3 5-Lug Rear Wheel Hubs)
- New rear innser fenders to also fix the placement of them (Performance rear left/right Inner Fender)
- Brand new high quality gauges

If you have or have owned the old Raiiu R8 mod then i reccomend you to deep clear cache to avoid any missing textures.
I have been given permission to revamp and release this mod by Raiiu so Huge thanks to Raiiu for giving us permission for revamping the mod!!

Not so good deformation
Exhaust jbeam clipping
Random (yet unaffected both visually and physically) hood spawning JBEAM crash
Inaccurate glowmaps (based off of EU models)
This mod has a fully edited JBEAM and is meshslapped off of the Scintilla. The model is very highpoly, so it won't crash very well. But, I've tried my best to make it as good as possible anyways.
More updates will be coming in the future such as a big twin turbo kit, model fixes, more parts and more so if you want to see progress of the R8 or any other mods that are being done by the NMG team then feel free to join the discord server (link is in this post).

Found the fix: In the vehicles section on the right side there's a box stating "Include Custom .PC configurations"Enable that, and all the vehicles show up
Hey, I absolutely love the mod, however I'm having a bit of trouble getting the configurations to work, there is only one listed (A dark gray r8 with copper wheels) when the vehicle is spawned I am given a wheelless white r8. Which can be repaired via vehicle config. When I looked at the save/load section I find all the beautiful configs hidden away there, which when loading I am given the prompted car. I'm not sure the reason for this is a file management error, beamng update error or my cache isnt clearing correctly. (I used standard & Deep cleaning with no changing results), I've reinstalled multiple times, even used NMG's patreon's file with no changes.On another note, your discord links are expired on both sites.Hopefully this can help you and your team optimize this awesome mod and all the others I have yet to explore. Thanks

mod is cool but when i try to select any car model it doesnt load all the parts, some of them have missing wheels, bumpers, spoilers, i tried to clear my cache and also unistalled it and installed it again but that still didnt fix the issue. how can i fix this?

and make sure you dont have a dupe of the mod installed

please add door handles improve dashboard add rev counter, g force, torque, power and it will be just perfect mod
Oh, that exhaust sound, it's the most realistic thing I've ever heard in games, bellissimo! 👌
this mod is great i love it it has great sounds and it works well only downside is that u have to add ur own wheels else its amazing. an update and a fix to the wheels would make it the best r8 mod.
@taco if you just spawn the one without wheels and then go into vehicle config, to save and load then you have alle the configs you can just load

Very good R8 mod, again just like your RS6 mod some of the most detailed and nice looking mods. The headlights have a really odd wiggle/vibration on it but thats very a miniscule detail but it can get annoying if you keep looking at it, Other than that id love to see openable doors on this! That would really top it off to be one of the best R8 mods.
will the jbeam and general crash model and car model be fixed? also next update could you add airbags
