im having issues with the 1990's trans am with the tire they won't appear even i go to the vehicle config not sure if anyone else having the same problem

I mistaken the G8 for a Renault Laguna and I gone "what was that?!".
I've seen some bad mods but this... this one is the winner of them all! One thing the quality suck but also some cars have wrong construction as well. Who and why does mods this way? In BeamNG 98% of all the mods you can find quality severely botched. Even if they get a great models the end result will be GTA San Andreas 2005. What gives?
is it better to download them individually? or just the all mods?
