Lore:
In the mid 1980s, Civetta had just begun production their latest high-power version of the Bolide, the 320 GTT, made to get the attention of car enthusiasts and journalists alike. Unexpectedly, their German competitor “ETK” spontaneously revealed their highly anticipated 2400tix TTSport Evo to the public, a single day before the 320 GTT was. Unfortunately for Civetta, it took the car community by a storm, leaving the GTT behind as an afterthought. All because of bad timing, sales of the GTT began missing expectations by the hundreds, and Civetta was bleeding money. They had to make a comeback, and a good one. So, to counter the 2400tix and steal the public’s attention, Civetta developed “un'auto da corsa per la strada” or “a racing car for the street”. And so, the Ventiquattro entered its concept phase, being revealed at the 1985 Belasco Auto Show as a road-legal 24 cylinder GTR. Just as planned, the 2400tix was quickly overcome by hype surrounding this car, as those who could afford it began placing preorders on the mere 20 units that were initially planned to be commissioned. It wasn’t until 1986 that the first Ventiquattro rolled off of the line, since hand building a V24 engine was not an easy task. Though at this point, they had set up a system, and all twenty Ventiquattro units were build in the same year. After then final one rolled off of the line, Civetta realized that they had spare parts, and could build four more. However, these weren’t going to be any ordinary Ventiquattros. They were specially tuned to rev up to 10,000 RPM, being officially dubbed the “Ventiquattro R”. These legendary machines have a slightly quicker acceleration time and top speed than regular Ventiquattros due to their high-revving abilities, temporarily becoming one of the fastest road cars of its time. These now sell at auctions for multiple millions, going down in history as one of the most absurd cars ever build.
Decades later, the obscure yet well-funded tuner company "Centaurus" was commissioned by a private collector to build what was going to be one of the most absurd vehicles to ever exist - the "V24 Centaurus". Based on a 'standard' Ventiquattro, the V24 Centaurus was given aftermarket rims, swapped panels, a stripped interior, a higher final drive ratio, and most importantly: Some of the most powerful turbochargers to ever be installed in a road car, created in-house by "doing a few extra things" to the Bolide GTR's turbochargers. You can find out for yourself.
---------------------------------------------------------
Known issues/oversights (intended to be patched)
- The Ventiquattro's transmission was mislabled as a "6-Speed", despite having 5 gears.
- The Ventirquattro configurations have a boost gauge, despite being naturally aspirated.
-----------------------------
Planned updates (coming soon, please read before making a suggestion)
- Add more configurations
- Correct all known oversights
- More engine parts?
------------------------
CREDITS:
- Me (Remodeling meshes, remapping nodes and adjusting JBeams)
- BeamNG (All of the base assets)

I suggest driving this 600+ HP monster with a wheel/controller unless you'd like to oversteer off of the road and into a tree because you pressed the "W" key for a second too long. Not even the insane downforce is enough to keep it planted, but I guess that's all part of the fun.
I hope you enjoy!
