5.4.1:
- Updated all garbage truck skins to use Maxxie's new skinnable upfit and billboards (Belasco Waste Service, Greenbox Environmental Services, Neilson Recycling Industries, & Texas Waste Management)
- Removed custom garbage truck billboards, as they are now part of the skin itself rather than a separate part
- Added MT-Series support for the following T-Series skins: North Hudson's, NP Lumber, OJ Orange Juice, & Texas Waste Management
- Added MT/ST parts to the above skins
