Added 2 new configs with seatbelt (seatbelt is now removed from other configs and its only set in these 2, you can obvs choose to have seatbelts on any configs you want)
Added new steady pattern for police lights + right and left signal pattern for wig wags
Adjusted config values for career mode (adjusted to IRL prices)
Police configs type is now changed from factory to police
Mod now has 63 configs in general
