is it just me or the livery is messed up

@wealthyy how do i fix the livery being on incorrectly?
when i spawn the F1 bolide it says engine stalled restart now when i restart the engine it still doesn't work
the liveriy template is wrong, they dont fit the car and dont look like on the screenshots.
