FIXES:
-Fixed Ram Plow; it now has the new mesh and textures
-Fixed inverted faces on some 3d models
-Fixed inconsistent config types and made config types overall more consistent
-Fixed inverted tris on left race mirror
-Fixed inverted tris on front left scissor door
-Fixed parking limiter not working on the inline engine 4 speed automatic transmission
CHANGES:
-Switched to new JATO lua so that the JATO button appears near the starter button UI again
-Odometer now displays mileage in career mode correctly while still having persistent data for freeroam
-Updated the dynamic interior muffling system to now remove muffling when windows are broken
ADDITIONS:
-Added support for the new skin editor
-Added support for the new detailed mirrors
-Added new cargo boxes
