DON´T USE THIS MOD

Okay, so I just opened up the zip file to look through the mod, to see what the problem is. You didn't add any LUA files to the mod, there's none at all. I checked through the other folders, even used the search feature that winrar has, you didn't include any lua files. I'm not sure what happened in the making of this mod, but you should probably know that a mod has to have EVERYTHING necessary to work.

when i spawned the map it gave me a C++ erorr and i can spawn anything and the map is no tetxue

Moral of the story: If a mod's description is anything but typed in English, it's likely not gonna work as intended.

when this mod is installed the vehicle menu appeared blank and then the game started lagging hard and when i tried to reload it coudlnt load a map , deleted.

Doesn't work. Whenever the mod is enabled, nothing shows up in the vehicle menu. Nothing at all, none of the vehicles whatsoever show up, and I get an error. Shame, because I've been waiting for a new town car forever.
