MOD Artheon 770X "The Moth" 1.0.1
First of all, here's the backstory of this unique vehicle: "The late 2000s were a turbulent time for Romania. The country was preparing for the global economic crisis that later erupted in 2008, and also severed all ties with the former Soviet state of Archana. In response, the Romanian government asked its new allies in the European Union to build them a light subsonic aircraft to protect them from nearby "So the European aircraft manufacturer came up with a proposal: to develop and build the final product on Romanian soil, so that the "aircraft" would be thoroughly tested for defects or loss of quality. Thus, the Artheon 770X was created, an aircraft that can reach speeds of up to 770 km/h. Being the slowest of the DSC line of jet engines, the 770X shares all the same design concepts as other more expensive models."
Now, what's really interesting is how this works: the 770X is actually just a regular car at its core, albeit an invisible one. The tires are massive so that the plane can at least overcome short obstacles. Since it is based on a car, this car does NOT actually fly! Instead, it appears to float above the terrain at a constant altitude (not like in the screenshots!).
This ship uses two power sources: > Primary - Jet Engine (capable of 495 km/h) > Secondary - Liquid Fuel JATO Engines* (capable of reaching top speed)* In the Controls menu, find the "Vehicle Specific" tab and you should see a control called "Toggle JATO"; Assign any key (eg G) and you'll be done!
If you turn on the JATO engines on the water, you will successfully turn your 770X into a submarine! (and fast!) Note that the left/right controls are reversed.
Here are the known problems: > Body shakes a little when cornering at speeds over 100 km/h > Wheels are very wobbly and quite fragile.
