This is a remaster of the old Jargl Trysil mod, a car originally converted from Max Payne 3.
A similar vehicle also appeared in Grand Theft Auto IV under the name Dinka Chavos.

Background:
Jargl is a fictional Swedish car manufacturer. In 1994, they released the Trysil compact sedan, later competing with the second-generation Pessima.
The car was available in three trims: GL, GLT, and Skarp, with 1.8L and 2.0L N/A engines, manual or automatic transmissions. Production ended in 1998.
