for me it works but you can delete the speedlimiter by going into your mods folder (casually under: my pc/documents/beamng/mods) open the zip folder and the folders vehicles and R33. Then you see a lot of files. Look for: etk_engine_i4_2.0_petrol.jbeam and drag and drop it to your desktop. open t there with the editor (you can also use notepad++ which i highly recommend) and look for the speed limiters at the bottom of the file and type at "topSpeedLimit" -1. do that with every speed limiter in the file and save it then. replace the file with old by dragging and dropping the file in the folder.

download the .zip file and put it to documets/beamng/mods. If there is no mods folder look for: "moved here" and there should be the mods folder.
