Alteration of the fashion of the Skoda Octavia 1u car for Beamng.

Here's a new one:
- New engines "1.8 20V" and "1.9 pd tdi" with the best sound (similar to Mkiv Golf fashion in my profile)
- adjustable turbocharged, which allows to significantly increase the boost and adjust the volume of sound/whistle (1.8 and TDI engines).
- adjustable ECU "SkyVecs" (engines 1.8 and TDI)
- Chargeflow radiator for cooling at high power
- TDI option for exhaust system and muffler to prevent the fire of TDI engines.
- The wheels are now unlocked* - installation of a hub with 5 studs (I updated most of the configurations, but some can still appear without wheels, just change the front hubs and the rear main suspension to the “unlocked” versions and apply the wheels from your choice. To use the wheels to other machines “Skoda 16x7/17x7 ..”)
- The suspension is now adjustable (adjustable VRS/rear springs so that you can correctly lower it)
- Also added a much greater admission tolerance so that you can install wider wheels without affecting the body; To do this, you need to install an unlocked main suspension (front and rear).
- 2 new configs to demonstrate my additions to fashion: SCD20VOTAVIA and SCD Octavia.

In version 4.5:
- fixed configurations in which there were no wheels;
- Cargo boxes are fixed so that they can take a load for a career regime, etc.
