Trackfab Apache – Lightweight Desert Racing Buggy — based on lightweight 4-cylinder buggies commonly used in desert racing, this rear-wheel-drive buggy features a 2.0L engine borrowed from the Pessima.
Even with just under 200 HP in stock form, a weight under 1,000 kg combined with over 20 inches of suspension travel makes it quite fast in open desert terrain. For those seeking more power, the touring car internals and nitrous oxide system can boost performance to extreme levels.
Required Mods:
– Tracklab Off-Road Wheels
– Racetec Universal Racing Parts
In version 3.65:
– Added support for Racetec Universal Racing Parts
– Removed wheels and placed them in a separate wheel pack
– Slightly reinforced transmission
– Added dependency check controller
– Brake offset moved slightly backward
– Strengthened torsions in the suspension struts
