Volkswagen Passat b5 v1.0 Rework

So, a lot of people have been waiting for the release of Passat b5 with my addon, so get it.
What was done:
- 3 discs lying in the trunk
- Stars of slideshop (not physical like those of mediocrity)
- Laptop
- Nomi CXR Steering Wheel
- Snorkel
- SP Winch (Working Winch) (works only with the mod below (https://t.me/FALLEN29_BNG/834 ))
- Custom rooms for SP Winch
- LED Light Bar
- I FORGOT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING, it's a pneumatic
Additionally
To operate the winch, we swing it - spwinch
For pneuma, we pump this - universal_air_suspension
