Final update.
- Reworked lava jump and added a 111 mph jump;
- Reworked the dirt landing platform to the left of the 111 mph jump to be abit smoother and wider;

- The two major jumps now have bullettime cameras;
- Fixed issue with the skies & resumed day and night cycle;
- Added rock ceiling to block out LOD pops, doesn't look pretty from a distance though;
- New cave place to discover;
