This is a completely new overhaul of the East Coast map!

The map has a residential complex with 3 houses with garages, a new small town, a small auto repair shop in the city, shops, gas stations, a large logistics company, a campervan rental place, a supermarket, a donut shop, a wood town hall, several gravel roads, a sawmill, a dump, many new small houses with garages and much more!
New on the map:
New off-road track, new house with nice garage and mural.

This is the last time I download this bullsh*t. This is quite literally an old Iretrox project map that this guy straight up rebranded as his own. I wouldn't even be that hard pressed if he was actually fixing things or making changes on the map to actually "rework" it, but I've tried this map out a few times after his "updates" and each time to no avail, everything is exactly as it was years ago when this map first broke, so dude is only posting "updates" to keep the map at the top of the board... There is broken textures EVERYWHERE, It's laggy as sh*t, and you shouldn't waste your time on it.
Im having a good 30% of textures missing
doesnt show up in game
map doesn't load in fully, gets to the loading screen and just stops, no gamecrash

impossible to play, i've cleared my cache, 15 FPS, RTX 4060 R7 5800X
Im here STRUGGLING to get over 10 FPS on this map. I dont understand why.NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 with over 30 GB of RAM.It was working great before the 0.35 update then tanked.Anyone else having similar issues? Got a fix?

where is the house in the front picture
The map is alright. Its strange to get 20fps on a lower spec pc but I get around 40-50 on the normal map. Good details and a good mod as a total 8/10. For anyone with any doubts, if you have a good pc then check it out. (my specs are 1060 6gb i7 3330 and 16gb ram at 1333 mhz)

@Lex 1 Spotify rtx 4060ti 8gb and i5 12400f works alright i get around 80-70fps on high settings

@Lex 1 Spotify As long as you don't spawn in many cars or performance heavy cars you should be fine(works for me atleast and i have the exact same stats but amd processor). There are many textures and assets plus the original so it's more laggy than the original East coast map
