Modified and fixed the following :
- Traffic routes ( traffic now works correctly and without problems )
- Fixed and modified textures ( fixed the problem with textures disappearing in dark areas )
- Fixed problems with barriers
- Improved performance by 23%
- Removed unnecessary garbage from the map
- Changed environment sounds
WARNING : Recommended for installation for all users for correct operation
