1. Has so much stuff to do
2. The map was udpated to work on 0.30+
3. The map has a skatepark, ant hill with tunnels and the and multpile hotwheel like tracks
4. Has long straight roads (watch out for the man hole covers

1. When spawning in the map it can be super bright so give it a few seconds to load everything in
