This is an early access for the addon to RLS Career Overhaul for my latest modification
What does it add?
70 Purchasable Houses with Interiors
A Working Car Wash that was moved to a new spot
Drive-Thru's still work the same as in the original modification
Storage Units and Dealerships with opened interiors are also in this addon but they're visual so u can't buy the storage units or the car wash yet
TO MAKE IT WORK U NEED TO START A NEW FRESH CAREER WITH THE MOD BEING ENABLED
THIS MODIFICATION MIGHT HAVE SOME BUGS, THATS WHY THIS IS AN EARLY ACCESS TO THE SUBSCRIBERS AND IF U FIND ANY ISSUES WITH IT PLEASE REPORT IT TO ME VIA OUR DISCORD SERVER

Theres 4 House types at the moment [Small and Big Variants] [70 houses already have interiors] [Expect bugs]
Functionality:
Working Showers/Faucets
Sleeping/Napping mechanic
Functional Washing Machines & Ovens & Dishwasher
Functional Microwave & Coffee Machine
Working phone + UI System for controlling all appliances that are available

mods does not work on multiplayer does not let u into houses or garages. @haleson
@haleson what if im using assetto world hosting and it dont have the other things?
@Supporter The mod requires a server_manager.lua to work with BeamMP and to set it up there's a post that I've made on BeamNG forums and is available in the description on the mods page itself.

Im thinking of buying it. But im not sure if it will tank my FPS. Rn im in vanilla West coast on Ultra Graphics at 60-85 FPS. With multiple cars and traffic (like 5 cars) it drops to 40-60 FPS. So @haleson, will i be able to Spawn a few cars without it tanking my FPS?

@haleson Yeah you're good. I work with the map team with RLS. You do good work. It would take a lot to make houses that cause FPS loss. And you've been doing it long enough to know how to work it right.
@haleson The system that i use for house interiors is basically the same as Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas which is very optimized. The builds are literally out of range for the player to even see, he gets teleported to the house so FPS wise this should'nt cause any issues
@Cobra_0394 Fps is the same as on West Coast USA. I have RX 6600 XT + Ryzen 5 5600 which is considered Mid- PC
@Hector Buildings are very unlikely to bother FPS. It takes a LOT to hit with static objects. Most detailed houses don't have a fraction of the tri count as a vehicle.
@haleson Tyvm, I also forgot to ask if it is already compatible with the 0.39 update. Do the Street lights and everything work? And do the house lights look realistic/match the enviroment? (I noticed that in a lot of mods that because of the new lighting system That they dont look good)
@Hector On my end the performance against the original map and the addon is no difference and I don't have a high tier PC either
i Have a victus 15 4050 rtx gforce and an i5 13420h will this run it i really want to buy early acsses

yo dude do you think you could add this mod ontop of ur west coast usa u already made? it would be sick and also be ablew to have more houses aswell as the other things like the maccas, popeyes and others.

Hi Haleson, I want to buy early access, but I’m from Russia, and we don’t have access to Patreon here—I assume the reasons are obvious. Could you tell me how someone from Russia can purchase early access? @haleson
@anonim I'm using Patreon since i only have a debit card on my end and Paypal is not an option on other platforms for me sadly. Boosty is also banned in my country so i can't do anything about that
Will this be compatible with RLS career overhaul when it's free?
@skibidih I D.O.N.T K.N.O.W At the moment i have a phone system which might collide with the RLS Career Mod [it will work with it but 2 phones one for rls and one is for this mod will look weird] so i dont have any guarantees.It should work with RLS right now. Never tested it with RLS
where are the new houses gonna be?
It keeps returning me to home and I cant move anywhere @Admin
i cant wait it says its going to be free on release and im excited to try it
