Hello i need help when ever i try to open the mod the map just doesnt spawn im in the water, could i get some help please?

Hey man love the map! Best beam mod ive bought. Just curious though, is there a known way to increase fps? I usually get 120 and it has slowed way down to 20-40 in this map. (4070 super, i7-14700k, 32gb ram for reference) Thank you!
@Mod tester Hey! So that’s a incredible decrease and not normal. I have a 3070 and it impacts like 10 fps max. So I think a mod of yours is maybe interfering or something!

Why I got very low FPS arround 30 - 50. Run with 4080s+14900k. IDK why it just run my GPU 30%.

Hello I got this map and when i try to load into it the map doesnt exsist, i spawn in and the world isnt there and its just water, no cars no nothing. Please help me

@21bee.eo i redownloaded the mod and put it into the mods folder and when i open it up in game the same think happens and when i open the map i can see the layout of the map, just no textures and it doesnt even tell me no textures im just under the map pls help
