- Certain parts of the city have been redesigned
- The RUR-POL pipe factory has been reworked (banner created by MATRIX63)
- The abandoned factory has been reworked
- Vegetation (plants and grass) has been improved
- More AI paths have been added
- More accurate speed limits for AI vehicles have been implemented
- Road sign placement has been improved in certain areas
- Other minor map improvements and refinements
