Been Quite busy lately so not much

Change Log but evil:
- Polished up sidewalks a bit more
- Redoing the side of town with the mall to be better or sm
- New DealerShip (custom Model)
- New GasStation in main town (replaces old station)
- Moved Some house around for better placement and look.
- WIP road decals and lines
- AI Pathing kinda working (wip)
keep in mind this is still a wip, I finally stopped being lazy and decide to lock in.
- Mall Logos/irl brands removed.

Hello, I am back with another mod update.(V2.8)

- Fixed all missing textures
- Fixed Missing meshes
- Polished up sidewalks a bit
- Started redoing highway
- Redoing the side of town with the mall to be better or sm
- Lag gone
- !!!!GRASS!!!!
- Redoing forest
- Updated Mod page to be better cause me not smart
- Added new spawns
- Redid aging preview pictures
- added gas station functionality at AJs auto
- New gas station

This is a map I have been working on and off on for about half a year and I am finally ready to post it to the repo instead of the forms.
The actual map stuff is below.
A small town on the coast of Texas with a mall, gas station, and plenty of stores to shop out. Most of the town is not finished yet but I am working on it
Lag is almost fixed I am testing with a friend
