Traffic Rebalance: Tweaked the traffic settings so vehicles stop doing synchronized suicide runs across the map.

Bridge Patch: Plugged that embarrassing gaping hole on the countryside bridge where cars were tumbling into the void.

New Atmospheric Lighting: Overhauled the sky and weather profiles to inject that gritty, smog-heavy West Coast atmosphere.

All of the forest/foliage & vegetation in the desert section is covered with broken textures... This is AFTER the update...
