Xero Parklands – A Huge, Realistic Open World Map for BeamNG.drive
A highly diverse and expansive map with nearly everything you could want, focused around the Xero Speedring — a 3.17-mile racing circuit built in the 1980s on former airport land. It features 5 layouts: Full, Grand Prix, Short, Full Classic, and Short Classic. The track blends long straights with tight warehouse-like corners.

Map Features:
• 62 missions – including time trials, police chases, AI races, collection runs, and more
• Sand dunes – massive dunes in the south with big jumps, plus wooded dunes like Oregon’s coast with over 50–100 winding trails
• 5 small racetracks – scattered throughout the Xero Parklands Motorsport Campus
• Drift zones – main drift track, 3 additional drift areas, 2 driving schools, and a full drift mountain
• Off-road trails – two major hill climb/rock crawl trails, off-road obstacle park (logs, stair climb, etc.), and a massive mud pit up to 6 ft deep
• 1/8 mile drag strip
• Sawmill with an improvised track inside
• Pier & shipyard
• Rally dirt roads
• Climbable mountain
• Fully looped highway & paved two-lane roads
• Town & surrounding rural areas
• Rally school with dirt & asphalt stages
