I think this Pepper Valley is free roam only. It doesn't work with RLS Career mode
@Antonkrd1 its over at the newer island on the boat
@. To move to Pepper Valley, you need to drive up to the trigger on the WCUSA map. however, I do not know where this trigger is located.
