Introduced FRE Contracts system with discipline-based contracts, sponsors, and rewards
Added Skills app to browse all disciplines with 1–50 level progress, tiers, and unlocks
Rebalanced freeroam race rewards, goals, and categories; discipline XP now shown in results
Logistics & Deliveries
New Logistics phone app to browse facilities, parcels, materials, vehicle/trailer offers, and route to locations
“Available by Level” filters show only jobs your Logistics level unlocks (counts and tabs update accordingly)
Major delivery rebalance: clearer XP/money rules, precision parking tuned, new trailer catalogs, and expanded facility providers
New fuel stations and residential delivery providers; warehouses overhauled with richer offers and limits
Phone & UI
Phone settings now save reliably across sessions and reload automatically
Skills, Logistics, and FRE Contracts added to phone with new routes and manifests
Vehicle Management
Vehicle shopping hardened against broken configs; bad entries are quarantined and no longer crash or block browsing
Trade-ins now clearly show why a vehicle can’t be traded
Jobs & Activities
Taxi and Repo now reserve parking spots for pickups/drop-offs to avoid conflicts
Tuning Shop techs no longer get stuck on invalid or missing jobs
Tuning Shop
Skill tree fills its tab and can’t be panned or zoomed out of bounds; panning continues when dragging off the UI
