Russian license plates with changeable region code (including three-digit codes) and support for square plates

- 10 types of Russian license plates
- Changeable region code — just enter any code, following the format
- Support for square (US) plates (only for some types)
- Additional styles for some plates. Style is a child part of the license plate in the parts configuration menu. (The "!" function no longer works)

Follow the format! If the format is not followed, nothing will be displayed on the plate.
0 — any digit
x — one of the Latin letters "ABEKMHOPCTYX" (case insensitive)
77 or 777 — region code
