- I have readjusted the volumes of these chimes to be louder but hopefully not overbearing. Please continue to leave feedback if you believe these need any further adjustments!
This is a very simple set of lua scripts that add startup and warning chimes to BeamNG's vehicles. So far I only did official BeamNG vehicles and did not add this to any modded vehicles. If you are a mod developer and give me permission to add chimes to your mod then I can do that in a future update, feel free to let me know in DMs if you would like me to do so.
For Mod Creators:
Feel free to use these scripts on your own mods, I would love to see more mods with these features so linked below will be a template of these scripts so you can just paste them into your mod and configure them to your specific use case.

Features:
- Chime when starting up the vehicle
- Chime when door/trunk/hood is open and vehicle is on and moving
- Auto engaging parking brake when door is open and vehicle is moving under 10 MPH (select vehicles)
- Chime when door/trunk/hood is open and vehicle has lights on in accessory mode
- Chime when driving with parking brake engaged
- Low Fuel Chime
- Chime when engine breaks or becomes damaged
- Chime when engine or oil is overheating
- Custom Turn Signals for the Bastion, and H-Series (T-series coming soon)
- Chime when wheels are detached (WIP Feature) (Plan is to make it work as TPMS)
- Certain vehicles getting a gauge sweep when starting up
